Genuinely the best car repair experiences I’ve had. My car got hit and ran overnight; when I spoke to the person I bought my vehicle from, he recommended this shop. I called Drive Street and they checked out my vehicle 30 minutes later, gave me an estimate, and Phil and Gene offered to help me learn how to file a claim with my insurance since it was my first time in any sort of accident. Their team is very friendly and also works extremely quickly. I got my car back within a week, which was much faster than I thought it would take. Going above and beyond, they even sent one of their mechanics, John, to pick me up from work and get my car back from their shop since I didn’t have a rental at the time. Exceptional service, super quick, and very helpful. Hopefully I won’t have to visit their shop again anytime soon; however, if my car were to get hit again, I know where I would take it to get repaired.

Drive Street was great to work with! I would definitely recommend checking them out. I needed some body, trim, and paint work done, and they were very timely and communicative throughout the process. They were also one of the few places that felt confident in their ability to color‑match without blending. I was a bit skeptical given some of the other quotes I received, and was willing to pay more for blending. But Drive Street insisted it was not necessary and they were right. Really great quality work and reasonable pricing. Would highly recommend them to anyone and use them myself in the future!

Wow ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience for me!!!While backing out of my garage in darkness to go to work, I accidentally cut the corner too close and scraped the front side bumper on my new car. I found Drive Street Collision and Paint through an online search and they had stellar Yelp and Google reviews. I talked to Gene on the phone and he was happy to give me a same day estimate for repair. To me, it felt like the area needed quite a lot of work and lots of $$$. The paint was rough and looked like layers had been taken off. I took it in right before closing and he was happy to take a look. He came back out with a rag and took care of the issue for me on the spot by using a solvent to wipe the area down. I was literally shocked that everything came off before my eyes. I offered to pay and he told me that wasn’t necessary. I appreciate his honesty (he easily could have told me it would be X-amount to fix), his professionalism, and his willingness to help. As a woman trying to get auto repairs done, being taken advantage of is always something that might happen, but that was definitely not my experience here. Drive Street did a good job repairing rock chips and a small dent, as well as painting the hood of my car. They provided a reasonable quote and completed the work quickly. However, after examining the car, I noticed areas of overspray on the front grill and passenger pillar that will require deep detailing or polishing. I also noticed sanding and buffing marks on the left headlight that appear to be permanent. Additionally, the shop did not clean under the hood; I had to spend time removing what appeared to be Bondo residue from the underside of the hood and the plastic components.

Drive Street did an incredible job on our vehicle and I would highly recommend them. We needed body, trim, and paint work done and found this shop nearby and it had great reviews. Gene was extremely responsive and communicative through the whole process start to finish. The quoting and invoicing was very clear with parts, materials, and labor all very thoroughly tracked so you can see exactly where your money goes toward the repair. The pricing was very reasonable for the quality of work provided and they even worked with me to deliver my vehicle to our home since we were out of town and not able to pick it up immediately.
